Once an order is placed, we take 1 - 3 working days to process it. During the week, processing typically takes one working day, but if you order on a Friday evening or during the weekend, it may take a little longer.
Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched, and delivery takes an average of 8 - 12 working days.

Placing an Order

On the "Dispatch" page, review your entered address. Every shipment is sent completely free of charge, as a token of appreciation for our customers. You can then proceed by clicking on the "Proceed to payment" box.
In the payment options, you have the choice between different payment methods. At Mason, all payment options are SSL-encrypted, ensuring a secure payment environment.
